About the Escape For All Seasons Condos.  This complex was built as a Planned Urban Development in the early 1970’s.  There is a Home Owners Association with CC&Rs, By-Laws and Reserves.  The Association dues are currently $717.00, payable quarterly.  The dues include fire insurance for the buildings, along with liability insurance for common areas, water, trash removal, basic and expanded basic cable TV and snow removal in the winter. There is also a “special assessment” added to quarterly dues of $125.00 payable quarterly for 6 years ($3,000.00 total per condo).
